QVSM is currently hiring for the following positions:

Teleservices Associate

A Teleservices Associate is a person whom can adapt at a fast pace, is a quick learner, works independently, has excellent communication skills and can speak articulately. This person will be sitting for long periods of time with a headset and must be able to do so. The job entails learning scripted materials to sound conversational while following guidelines of script for appointment setting, lead generation or survey type work. QVSM maintains high quality standards and this must be met with each call. 

These are not customer service inbound calls. The person hired must possess some sales skill sets capable of having conversations with business owners to discuss various topics.  Neutral accent agents with bi-lingual skills a plus.  Needs to be able to use a computer and type at least 20wpm accurately with proper sentence formulating. Schedules vary M-F with flexible schedule for Saturdays as needed.   

Candidates should have 2+yrs Inbound/Outbound Call Center Experience or job equivalent. Only qualified candidates will be considered - Calls will not be accepted.
